Terms of service

These terms apply when you copy or use Tidyfield Donor Sync ("Donor Sync"). Tidyfield is run by an independent developer ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

1. The product

Donor Sync is a Google Sheets spreadsheet with a script. You make your own copy, which runs in your Google account. It reads data from donation platforms you connect and writes it into your spreadsheet.

2. Trial and license

Your copy includes a 14-day free trial. After that, syncing, imports and report rebuilds need a license key. A license is for one organization and works in up to 3 spreadsheets. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your license then works until the end of the paid period.

3. Payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller. Its buyer terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future periods with notice.

4. Refunds

If Donor Sync does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. See the refund policy.

5. Your copy and the code

You may use and adapt your copy for your organization. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the spreadsheet or its code, share license keys outside your organization, or remove the license checks.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your API keys, for complying with the terms of the platforms you connect, and for handling your donors' data lawfully. Keep the spreadsheet shared only with people who should see donor information.

7. Other services

Donor Sync relies on Google Apps Script and on the APIs of Zeffy, Givebutter and Donorbox, which can change or limit access without notice. We work to keep up with changes but cannot guarantee them. Tidyfield is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Zeffy, Givebutter or Donorbox; their names are trademarks of their owners.

8. Updates

New versions are published as new copies. Your copy keeps working with the code it has. Fixes for platform changes may require you to move to a new copy.

9. No warranty

Donor Sync is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Check important figures, for example tax receipts, against your platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost revenue, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Donor Sync in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending

You can stop using Donor Sync at any time. We may end a license that breaks these terms; we will refund unused time if we end it for any other reason.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. Significant changes are announced to customers by email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of REPLACE-WITH-GOVERNING-LAW.
