Donorbox to Google Sheets
Copy every Donorbox donation into a Google Sheet automatically, with processing fees, refunds, recurring plans and converted currencies.
The manual way
Donorbox lets you export donations to a CSV file to paste into a sheet. Recurring donors and refunds need fixing by hand each time.
It works once. Then next month you export again, paste again, fix the duplicates again, and redo the formulas.
The automatic way
- Make your copy of Tidyfield Donor Sync (free for 14 days).
- Paste your Donorbox API key in the sidebar. How to get it.
- Click Sync now, and turn on automatic sync: every hour, every 6 hours or daily.
Every gift lands in one Gifts tab with fees, net amount, status, campaign and donor details. Refunds update the original row. Donors are merged with your other platforms, and the Dashboard, Donors, Appeal lists and Statements tabs rebuild after each sync.

Donorbox charges $17 a month for API access on its Standard plan (included in Pro and Premium). Without it, use Donor Sync's CSV import with Donorbox exports.
